Structure of the Organization

Congress
The Congress is the main controversal organ.  It is composed of all participants in the Japanese Students' Network Association (JSNA) on the JSNA webpage.  The idea of a schedule will be brought to the Congress.

Membership
Membership of the Japanese Students' Network Association is open to all people who accept the obligations of the Charter and, in the judgement of the Organization, are willing and able to carry out these obligations, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, race, gender, religious prospective, political view, or linguistic background.  No permission is required to participate the Congress.

Functions and Powers
Functions and powers include;
     -to consider and make recommendations on the principles of cooperation in the maintenance of JSNA;
     -to discuss and make recommendations on future club schedules of Japanese Students' Network, BMCC;
     -to discuss and make recommendations on any questions related to JSNA
 

Project Team
The Project Team is the commitee of a club schedule.  Any Congressperson can be a proposer of a project plan.  Then the project plan is brought to the Executive Office to be judged whether it will make a profit or not (see ROI).  Each Project Team has to have a Chief Project Officer (CPO) to take a responsiblity over the club schedule.  The Project Team is required by an approvement of an executive.

     -to take a responsibility over the project;
     -to make a decision for the project
Project
A project is a club schedule in JSN.
Executive Office
The Executive Office is the management organ.  It is managed by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a few Executives (EO).  CEO can nominate CE in order to manage the Executive Office management better.  Every CE (includes CEO) can make a judgement and be an adviser over a project plan.  To make a judgement, ROI is used to find out whether a plan can make a profit or not.

     -to maintain the constitution and future vision;
     -to order JSN works what they are necessary to archieve a project;
     -to make a judgement of a project plan and decide how much JSN spend for a project;

Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) takes a responsibility of JSNA.

Grossary

ROI (Return On Investment)
Return On Investment (ROI) is used as a measure how much an investment will make a profit.  For instance, suppose a company, A spends $50 to start a business, then it earns $70 as a profit.  So we can say ROI is $20.  JSNA uses ROI to mesure a profit each project.
